A finance graduate with a Master’s degree in Project Finance from École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and a Master’s degree in Innovation and New Technologies from École Polytechnique, he is a recognized expert in structured finance with more than 20 years of experience financing complex assets internationally.
After holding senior positions at companies including Arena Aviation Capital and MDT Ltd, he raised more than $4 billion from equity and debt investors and structured over 100 transactions, developing strong expertise in leasing, asset management and financial strategy in demanding environments.
As an active investor, he has been supporting impact driven technology startups since 2025, with a particular interest in disruptive innovation and sustainable business models.
He joined ArchiSmart Solar, where he brings his expertise in financial structuring to a clear ambition: accelerating the energy transition of real estate portfolios through an innovative model with no upfront investment for property companies.
