Real estate is at the heart of the energy transition.
ArchiSmart Solar believes that every building can reduce its environmental footprint by generating its own energy.
Your commercial real estate portfolio is on the front line. Our solution addresses today’s and tomorrow’s key regulatory requirements:
A winning equation: taking climate action while enhancing the value of your assets.
“ Solar was the obvious choice. We just had to make it accessible. “
Lia ROCHAT – CEO ArchiSmart Solar
Our approach is based on an individual self-consumption model, designed for large property owners such as real estate companies and landlords:
We have adapted infrastructure financing models to the real estate sector to provide a climate-compatible, high-performing solution that can be replicated at scale.
“ Turning an obligation into an opportunity: that is the real value of our approach. “
Vincent BOVET – COO ArchiSmart Solar
Today, commercial buildings represent one of the most powerful levers for decarbonizing cities and accelerating the energy transition. But to unlock this potential, several barriers still need to be overcome:
We turn these constraints into strategic opportunities by unlocking the value of existing real estate assets.
“ Solar power represents a historic opportunity for Europe: we simply need to unlock its potential. “
Laurent THEREZIEN – Impact Investor | Advisor
A huge potential that remains largely untapped:
Each rooftop becomes a sustainable source of energy and financial value.
“ The ecological transition is not a cost, but a high-return investment. “
Emmanuelle CARLIER – DG Zen Modular | Advisor
We advocate a model that brings together:

Do you manage a property portfolio? Are you looking for a simple solution to comply with the Tertiary Sector Decree, the APER Law (parking and rooftop coverage), and improve your CSRD reporting? Let’s discuss.
The return on investment (ROI) of a solar rooftop depends on several factors: available surface area, orientation, sunlight exposure, self consumption or resale model, electricity prices, and more.
With a Solar as a Service model, there is no upfront investment: you immediately benefit from lower energy costs and increased real estate asset value, with no CAPEX.
In addition to the financial benefits, ROI also extends to ESG performance:
En plus du gain économique, le ROI s’étend aussi aux dimensions ESG :
The photovoltaic panels offered by ArchiSmart Solar have an average lifespan of 25 to 30 years, with a performance warranty that gradually decreases over this period. Our equipment is selected for its reliability, durability and high efficiency, even after 20 years of operation.
As part of our Solar as a Service solution, we also provide:
The result: a consistently high performing installation with no operational constraints for the property manager.
In most cases, installing rooftop solar panels requires prior planning authorization and, in some cases, a building permit for listed buildings, protected sites or sensitive urban areas. However, the APER Law, which came into force in 2023, has significantly simplified and accelerated planning procedures for renewable energy projects.
With our Projection Solar module, the entire administrative process, including site identification, local planning regulation analysis and automatic generation of the required documents, is integrated and managed by our teams.
This means that even real estate companies with large portfolios can launch a solarization program across their entire portfolio without regulatory friction.
